General Guideline :  I try to compare products and  find the lowest sugar, if possible none at all. I try to find lowest carbo per servings. 

For example: 

For example, this one: PLANTERS Cashews Rosemary & Sea Salt, Party Snacks, 5 Oz Bag has sugar in the 3rd listed ingredient. 

Where as this one doesnt have added sugar in the ingredients: 


PLANTERS Pistachio Lovers Nut Mix, 

Ingredients: PISTACHIOS, ALMONDS, CASHEWS, PEANUT OIL, SEA SALT.

Not very sure about this canister packaging though, I think I prefer easy disposal packaging. Oh and some other kind of nuts, like Brazil nuts, hazelnuts...
