Interestingly, when I was searching for seeds, I came across this Keto-friendly, lowcarb seeds, highly rated and many buyers. But when looking into it, I see CORN SYRUP in its ingredients. Yikes, that will spike sugar. Maybe for those who can tolerate it, but for me, I try not to.
Now, i kind of like this for 2 reasons: Its kernels, so i dont need to remove shells. And its roasted.
